Sooke students win Boost your Power Smarts competition

Congrats to the Pop Quiz Panthers from Ecole Poirier Elementary in Sooke for winning the grand prize of our second annual Boost your Power Smarts quiz competition.
Jenn Dailey's Grade 3/4 class faced stiff competition from over 100 other classrooms across the province. They proved their power smarts by getting a perfect score and winning the grand prize draw.
Their class received a fun visit to their school from BC Hydro and Science World, along with some engaging educational games and circuit kits. Their efforts even got them a special mention in the local news.
